1. Our services

AccordX provides done-for-you growth and automation services for businesses, which may include:

• Website design, hosting and maintenance
• Google Business Profile and online listings management
• Review generation and reputation management
• Local SEO and AI search visibility
• Advertising management on Google, Meta and other platforms
• AI automation, follow-up, chat and workflow services

2. No guaranteed results

Rankings, reviews, ad performance and leads depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, ad platforms and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. AI-assisted work

We use AI to draft content and replies and to automate tasks. AI output can be incorrect. We operate within rules you approve, and decisions about pricing, discounts, refunds and commitments remain yours. Our services are not legal, medical, financial or compliance advice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and keep it current
• Grant the access we need to your accounts and tools
• Review and approve items that require your approval
• Comply with laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers, including consent for text messages
• Keep your own account credentials secure

5. Your accounts and ownership

Your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, content you provide and your customer data remain yours. Website designs and content we create for you are licensed or assigned to you as described in your agreement once fees are paid. Our tools, platform, templates and know-how remain ours.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting and messaging providers. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or decisions such as suspensions or review removals.

7. Fees

Fees, billing schedules and ad spend are set out in your proposal or agreement. Advertising spend is paid to the ad platforms and is separate from our fees unless stated otherwise.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal, deceptive or abusive purposes, including spam, fake reviews or misleading advertising. We may suspend services that would violate the law or platform policies.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccordX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Term and termination

Either party may end services as described in the applicable agreement, or for a material breach not fixed within 30 days of written notice. On termination we will help transfer access to accounts and assets that belong to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
